Can the net be installed if there is no roof on my balcony?

• Yes, in that case we will previously install an aluminum or iron structure with standard heights (1.7mts or 2 mts) and the net will be attached to this solid beam.

Can the net be disassembled easily in case an A/C Unit needs fixing or furniture may need to fit through the balcony?

Up to what height and what length does it extend?

• Automatic door: the height is 0.8mts and it extends up to 1.4 mts.
• Manual door: the height is 1 mts and the length is made to fit your needs. There is no limit.

Must we drill through the walls and floor for installation?

• Automatic door: yes, we must drill two small holes for it to be wall mounted and secure.
• Manual door: yes, we must drill on both floor and wall.

Is the installation a simple process?

• Automatic door: Si, you may do it yourself! The safety door comes with a step by step instruction manual. In case you need assistance a technician can be sent straight to your home.
• Manual door: The installation process must be done by Redpro in order for it to comply with safety measures.

Can they be used in other sections of the house aside from stairways?

• Of course! Both the automatic and manual safety doors can be used in hallways, kitchen, room, patios and terraces.

Can they be used in windows and balconies?

• No, this product is not destined for those spaces and can be dangerous to install.

• Yes!

Do they have warranty?

• Automatic door: Redpro offers one year warranty in case of manufacturing defects that may arise. If vandalism occurs or bad use of product occurs then the company cannot be hold responsible.
• Manual door: Yes, we offer 5 year warranty.

How much weight can it stand?

• Both safety doors are not designed for toddlers or pets to hang on to them but they can withstand up to 18kg approximately, to do so the door must be locked in position.

• Redpro has a variety of options: our most outstanding product is the 2mm width multifilament with 10 cm diamond shape side. This net also comes with 5 cm diamond shape sides.

How is the installation process?

• One passes the cord through all the diamond shaped net until it has completed the perimeter. Then the cord and the net are both attached to the support structure with clamps and steel pythons. Finally the net is pulled until tense with the flat iron washer.
